Treatment modalities and approaches

Sally has been trained in a variety of evidence-based therapies and practices from a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, culturally competent, holistic, and strengths-based approach. Sally prefers an integrative approach to treatment combining elements from different modalities, such as, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (MCBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Systemic Family Therapy, to meet individual needs.

Sally has a warm, non-judgemental, and compassionate demeanour. She revels in supporting individuals, couples, and families to overcome challenges and achieve and sustain social and emotional well-being by embracing their authentic self.
